The Labour party has hinted that it will pledge to abolish university tuition fees, with Jeremy Corbyn saying he has “some stuff in his pocket” for higher education, but that it would not be revealed before the manifesto launch next week.
Speaking at Leeds community college on Wednesday, the Labour leader and the shadow education secretary, Angela Rayner, refused to rule out honouring a commitment made by Corbyn in his 2015 leadership race to scrap tuition fees. Read more HERE
