Paris attack: police make motorway arrest after car driven into soldiers
Police searching for a driver who sped off after ploughing into soldiers patrolling an upmarket Paris suburb have shot and arrested a man on a motorway north of Paris.
Security sources told AFP that the arrest was linked to Wednesday morning’s attack, which injured six members of the 35th infantry regiment, though there was no official confirmation. The attack occurred at about 8am during the changeover of soldiers stationed at Place de Verdun, not far from the town hall in Levallois-Perret. Read more HERE.
